Seattle’s Best coffee now has a new look. Gone are Seattle’s Best Blend and Henry’s Blend, replaced with a new “Levels” system for differentiating between different blends.

Seattle’s Best Coffees Old Vs. New Levels
There are now five Seattle’s Best coffees, from Level 1 to Level 5, representing lightest to darkest.
- Level One: Mild, light, crisp – Pleasing acidity and a little bit of sweetness
- Level Two: Bright, lively, easy drinking – Slight aroma of cocoa and lively acidity
- Level Three: Balanced, smooth, full-flavored – Medium acidity, nutty nuance and clean finish
- Level Four: Rich, elegant, complex – Chocolatey, nutty aroma
- Level Five: Bold, dark, intense – Roasty aroma and rich flavor
We have access to all five levels upon request, but we are currently stocking Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 in 2-ounce ground fractional packs, and Level 3 in 12-ounce bags of whole bean. Decaf Level 3 is available in both 2-ounce ground and 12-ounce bean.
The pack sizes are the same as the previous Seattle’s Best product that we carried — 72/2 ounce bags make up a case of ground coffee, while 6/12 ounce bags make up a case of beans.

Seattle’s Best Coffee Henry’s Blend
What if you were a fan of the popular Seattle’s Best Henry Blend? Level Four is the roaster’s suggested replacement.
